1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is incorrect, damaged, or significantly different from agreed specifications

• The issue is reported within 7 calendar days from delivery

• Buyer provides clear evidence (photos, B/L, invoice, inspection report)

2. Return Process

Send your return request to claims@monsterdesign.vn or via your account manager.
Include:

• Order details (invoice, product list)

• Description of issue + visual proof

• Delivery documents (B/L, proof of receipt)

3. Resolution Options

Upon verification, Ella Export will offer:

• 🔁 Replacement in next shipment

• 💵 Partial refund based on damage rate

• 📄 Credit note for future orders

4. Important Notes

• Returns are not accepted without prior approval

• Risk and liability follow agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.)

• Natural variations in fresh produce are expected within standard tolerances
