Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
Cancellation must be requested in writing via email or through your assigned account manager.
For international orders under FOB/CIF, once goods are shipped or documentation is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the order is cancelled on time, a full or partial refund may be issued, minus any transaction or processing fees already incurred.
In case of special/custom orders, cancellation may incur handling or preparation costs, depending on contract terms.
