Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally selected by the customer.
If possible, Ella Export may accommodate alternative refund methods upon request.
In the case of orders where a discount code or voucher (coupon) was applied:
If Ella Export approves the refund under special circumstances, only the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
The value of any redeemed coupon/voucher will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be prioritized in the following order:
✅ Exchange for another product of equal value on the Ella Export app
✅ Bank transfer to the customer’s provided account (processing time: 3–7 working days)
❌ Cash refunds are not available for inter-provincial or international transactions; bank transfer is required in such cases
Ella Export will provide a response to your refund request via phone, email, or SMS within 2 working days after receiving the returned product.
Once your request for Return & Refund is confirmed and approved, Ella Export will proceed with the refund process as follows:
⏱ For bank transfer refunds: we will complete the transfer process within 3 working days from confirmation.
